How do I do that? I put the almonds in hot water before going to bed at night. I add 1 cup of water to the almonds as much as I will use. When I wake up in the morning, I wash the almonds, put them on a napkin, and eat them during the day. Eating at least 5 almonds a day will have a great impact on our health and beauty.
